Kingsley Morgan

Chief Instructor Mr. Kingsley Morgan is one of the world’s foremost martial arts expert and  professional boxing trainer.

Kingsley has for years been a major proponent of practical martial arts and boxing and, with this in mind, he has often undertaken demonstrations to show the level of skill that one can achieve.

Ultimately, he has proven his ability by competing in the ring against experts in other styles of martial artists and boxing.

Kingsley has fought successfully around the world. His competition record spans over nineteen years, with well over sixty fights and only two defeats.

After “cleaning up” on the circuit, by holding titles at World, European and British levels, Kingsley decided to launch the modern and practical art of Shaolin Kickboxing which couples the traditional Chinese arts with Thai and Western boxing . This has grown rapidly in Europe, London, and Hertfordshire.

Kingsley has also had an illustrious career in Boxing. He has been part of Derek Chisora’s training team at Finchley Boxing Gym. Derek challenged for the WBC heavyweight title against Vitali Klitschko in 2012 and held multiple heavyweight titles, including the British and Commonwealth titles from 2010 to 2011 and the European title from 2013 to 2014.

What started as a young boy’s dream, to realise his potential, led to a personal quest for excellence across the globe that is now also available to anyone training with Shaolin Kickboxing Club.

In 2007 Kingsley was presented with the award of Sports Coach of the year by Hertfordshire Sports Partnerships.
In the same year The Hertfordshire Black and Ethnic Minority Partnership presented him with a special award in recognition of his contribution to volunteering and for being a volunteers' champion.
